Shipping times and costs
The date indicated may be however subject to variations for organizational and logistical reasons and in any case does not exceed 1-2 working days. Once you have confirmed your order and selected the mode preferred payment and delivery methods, we will process your order and deliver the material to the courier or postal service for shipment to your home.
Some small tips for receiving the goods:
- Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
- Check that the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the closing tapes
- If possible, unpack the product immediately and check for damage
Tampering or breakages
In the event of tampering and/or visible breakages you will have to immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by affixing the writing ‘RESERVE TO CONTROL OF GOODS FOR… (indicate the reason)’ on the delivery document received from the courier or postman.
